Mrs. Rugen is a college graduate of State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO. She began her teaching career here at Tipton as a Para in 2002. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, crocheting, and cooking. Her family consists of her husband Butch, three daughters Holly, Amber, and Hannah, and one son Aaron. She also had three grandkids Avery, Myah, and Paisley.
