Section 504
Children who have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity/activities qualify for a Section 504 Nondiscrimination Plan. This Section 504 Nondiscrimination Plan details the placement, accommodations and/or modifications the child needs in the school environment to address the child’s impairment.
